Minicuteture is a collection of different stores and thus each has their own policy.
Please refer to individual stores for return policy. For nappies, the best rule of thumb is to try on products with some kind of waterproof protection on so that if the sizing is wrong, it can be sent back.
Each store will have their own warranty/guarantee on workmanship.
Minicuteture does not offer a warranty over and beyond that of it's stores. However where disputes arise we will ensure a fair outcome for all.
Minicuteture does not collect your information to sell on to other companies and all information stored is kept confidential. We will however pass on to Police any evidence of frauldent dealings at our store.

Payment and Postage Policies
Payment is to be received prior to shipping of item.
Payment can be made either by paypal or direct bank transfer.
Prices listed are Australian Dollar. For international shipping please contact to get a quote.
Domestic items are sent registered post via Australia Post unless otherwise agreed.
Return Policies
A refund will only be provided where the item is defective.
Custom Policies
The availability of custom orders is solely at my discretion.
Embroidery designs can only be from selection provided.
Envoy Nappies reserves the right to refuse any requests to embroider pictures or words that may be considered inappropriate. This includes suggestive or explicit wording. As a guide if I do not consider it appropriate to be spoken by a child I will not do the embroidery.
Every effort will be made to post custom orders as soon as possible from receiving the completed custom request form, however, this is not always possible. Where an order has not been completed and posted within 6 weeks a refund will be offered.
There is no assumption that any nappies made by custom order purchases are unique or 'one-offs'.
Nappies will be made to the standard Envoy Nappy patterns.
I post via Australia Post and will only send registered due
to it being traceable, for both your peace of mind and mine.This is at a charge of $8.50, and I will combine
post on multiple items (I will refund any excess paid).If you don't agree with your postage charge,
or have ordered more than one item, please let me know, and I will sort it
out.I try to post each day, but with 4
children it is not always possible, but your item will be shipped as soon as I
can.
Payment is to be made within 3 days of purchasing the
item.If it remains unpaid after this
time, the stock will be returned to inventory for resale.
Any knitted items are pre-washed and lanolised for you, and
are sent out with care instructions.I
recommend you hand wash only, individually or with like colours just in case of
colours running (as some dyes are more prone to run than others)
Dyed yarns are all washed before posting, but some colours
may still run slightly, so please wash as for knitted items.
All items are described as accurately as possible and have
pictures.Please keep in mind that some
computer monitors may show colours differently, so please ask if you have any
doubts.If you do notice a fault, or an
item is not as expected, please contact me.I will cover postage costs to return a faulty item, but will not refund
due to change of mind.Please do check
the measurements carefully as I will not refund due to the incorrect size being
chosen.
If I list any seconds items, they will be described
accurately with the fault noted.

Polly’s Pretties
Polly's Pretties products are made with high quality materials and are heat treated to reduce fraying. Embellishments are attached using heat melted adhesive. All Polly's Pretties products contain small parts which may cause choking hazards, please be careful with children under 3 years of age. Ni responsibility will be taken by the maker for any injury occuring from use of these products.
Postage options:
Postage is set at $8.50 for registered post, regardless of how many items purchased. This is for peace of mind and guarantees you will recieve your item. For additional items, simply select combined shipping.
Shipping Info:
I send out all products via Australia Post in satchels.
I charge actual postage costs, there are no handling fees. I post daily Mon-Fri to ensure items are recieved fast! Shipping times vary, please check Australia Post for this.
Payment:
I accept paypal and direct deposit as methods of payment. Once payment is recieved, items are sent next business day. Please ensure prompt payment for fast service. Items that are not paid for within 5 business days will be relisted. If something arises, please contact me and we will work something out :)
Knitted goods:
Please ensure you follow laundry directions included with your item. If in doubt, contact me. To be safe, handwash with like colours if unsure.
Dyed products:
All yarns are washed thoroughly several times after the dyeing process. Occasionally some colours in particular are reknown to bleed slightly when washed. Please take this into consideration when laundering.
Refunds:
All items are described to the best of my knowledge, and photos are taken to show this. If however you come across a fault or your product is different from what was described, please contact me to discuss this. I realise images may vary slightly on monitors. Please keep this in mind. In the event of a refund or exchange, i am unable to cover postage costs that arise due to change of mind, but will cover costs due to faults.
Seconds:
Occasionally i will list items not up to my standards as seconds. All seconds will be described accurately and therefore cannot be refunded.
All orders are sent at the customers discretion of type of delivery, I highly recommend insured post as once an order leaves my hands at the post office, it is at the mercy of Australia Post.
Postage is charged at $4 for the first item and $1 per item after that, if you are purchasing a larger order, I will refund any difference in postage.
