Minicuteture is a collection of different stores and thus each has their own policy.
Please refer to individual stores for return policy. For nappies, the best rule of thumb is to try on products with some kind of waterproof protection on so that if the sizing is wrong, it can be sent back.
Each store will have their own warranty/guarantee on workmanship.
Minicuteture does not offer a warranty over and beyond that of it's stores. However where disputes arise we will ensure a fair outcome for all.
Minicuteture does not collect your information to sell on to other companies and all information stored is kept confidential. We will however pass on to Police any evidence of frauldent dealings at our store.

Postage, Packaging & Ordering Information 1. Prices listed do not include postage charges - these are payable by the customer. Local pick-up is also welcome in Ballarat, Victoria. 2. International shipping is available; please enquire as to the charges when ordering as they will depend on your location. 3. All orders to be posted will be wrapped in acid-free tissue paper inside postal satchels. I do not charge a packaging or handling fee. 4. Gift wrapping & tagging is available free of charge - please let me know when ordering if you require this service. I can also ship directly to the gift recipient on your behalf. 5. Little Brown Owl will not be held responsible or liable for items lost in the postal system. I only post using Express Post Satchels or by Registered Mail to ensure that you receive your order safely. Express Post does not provide postal insurance but does provide parcel tracking, and next business delivery (if the destination address is within the Express Post Network). Registered Post provides parcel tracking and postal insurance up to $100. For orders over $100, extra postal insurance is available for a small charge; please let me know if you require this service.
Postage is set to $6.50 anywhere within Australia.
If you would like buy more than one of my items, postage can be sorted to the cheapest amount.

Items are posted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, if items need posting on Monday or Friday please let me know ASAP and I will try to accomodate your request where possible. Orders over $50 generally sent by Express post, and registered post is also available, please add registered post to cart.
Returns
Returns are permitted where item does not fit or is faulty. Item must be returned unworn apart from being tried on, postage at your cost. Exchanges aren't always possible with fluctuating stock availability, but where possible I am happy to swap items for a different size or alternative item of same value.
Requests and Customs
Please join my Facebook page if you have suggestions for items you'd like to see in the store, custom orders are limited at all times, and currently closed. I will post on my Facebook page when they are open again.
Please pay for all purchases promptly, minicuteture terms are within 24hrs, however you may possibly have longer upon request for items not in high demand, please contact me immediately or before purchase as I hate to have to cancel orders.

All orders are sent at the customers discretion of type of delivery, I highly recommend insured post as once an order leaves my hands at the post office, it is at the mercy of Australia Post.
Postage is charged at $4 for the first item and $1 per item after that, if you are purchasing a larger order, I will refund any difference in postage.
