Minicuteture is a collection of different stores and thus each has their own policy.
Please refer to individual stores for return policy. For nappies, the best rule of thumb is to try on products with some kind of waterproof protection on so that if the sizing is wrong, it can be sent back.
Each store will have their own warranty/guarantee on workmanship.
Minicuteture does not offer a warranty over and beyond that of it's stores. However where disputes arise we will ensure a fair outcome for all.
Minicuteture does not collect your information to sell on to other companies and all information stored is kept confidential. We will however pass on to Police any evidence of frauldent dealings at our store.

Postage:
I will endevour to post within 2 business days from receiving a cleared payment. postage is capped at $5 per order, and my often be less than this, depending ont eh item. Individual postage costs are listed in each items description.
Returns:
Pugglebunz will refund or exchange for faulty goods if returned within a 3 month period of the items purchase, provided that they have been cared for as per the care insrtuctions provided. In these situations, return postage will be covered by PuggleBunz. Exchanges will not be made due to a change of mind.
Payments:
I can accept payment via Paypal or Direct Deposit. Cheques, money orders and cash WILL NOT be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. If contact is not made within 3 days and payment within 7 days of purchase, the item will be returned to stock.

Returns
Please contact me as soon as possible if there are any problems with your order. All returns are subject to my assessment. Where a product is faulty or not as described and has been looked after in accordance with care instructions, you will receive a full refund including postage, or replacement of your choice.
Returns due to change of mind or purchase of incorrect size will be taken within a fortnight as long as the item has not been worn, washed, or marked in any way, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover all postage costs. If you would like to try a nappy on for size please fully line it first. Change of mind returns will have the option of a refund, replacement or credit, depending upon stock. Please note that most prints are bought in small amounts (between 3-7 nappies worth) and I may not have any of the same left.
Postage
Default postage is standard Australia Post parcel rate-please check their site if you are unsure. Express and Registered post are available by request and standard post is FREE for orders totalling over $150. Unfortunately, once your package leaves my hands I can take no responsibility for it-please ask for Registered post if you have worries with the postal system. Luckily i'm yet to have a parcel go missing, but if yours does please let me know and i'll do all I can from my end to chase it up for you.
Privacy
Being a private person myself, your privacy is important to me. I will not share your personal or transaction details with anyone, unless required by law. Newsletters are double opt-in, requiring you to confirm you have added yourself, and you can remove yourself from the subscribers list at anytime by visiting the homepage and clicking 'unsubscribe'. I rarely send newsletters more than once a month.
